I remember vaguely thinking it was weird that someone would accuse a non-lender of "redlining," since the classic definition is very much a lender-specific thing: drawing lines on maps and not being willing to do mortgages for properties on the "wrong" sides of those lines.

You can learn a lot from listening to these type of cases in court, but if your lawyer is there representing you and you don't need to be called as a witness (he would have told you that already) you don't have to go.
