Should I show up for the holdover court appearance?
The condo association for my condo sent a notice for me to terminate my lease. I obliged, but my tenant chose not to leave. My property management company has handled everything for me so far. They have lawyers going to the court appearance. They said I am welcome if I want to go. My question is, should I go? What are possible pros or cons either way?
Thanks!

I would go, your named in the court filing, You are a responsible party, as the tenant was yours.
Pro's you won't be in default, you would learn a lot on what's going on and why your money is being spent on a lawyer, and property manager.
Cons if you don't go you could be in default if no one else shows up.
Judges respect the people that show up !
