All of the economic data screams no.

.- The most recent event displaying the tenants state of mind is they texted the property manger that rent would be available for pick up at the home in 48 hours.When the property manger went to home the male tenant repeatedly loudly screamed to attract witnesses why the property manger was coming to their home and harassing them.

But be aware of you get what you think is a screaming deal at our auctions here, you have screwed up....too much competition.  

Parking & access to an elevator can also be problematic for visitors and whether or not they allow pets.

Suddenly I have a mental picture of being chased around a roof by angry mud daubers, screaming like a little girl and falling 20 ft onto a piece of jutting-out rebar on the slab below (similar experience happened to by brother awhile back - he survived somehow).

We still tend to get double-digit returns.I also invest in properties that would make most sane, rational individuals run screaming for the safe comfort of home.

And yes, every year since I started my RE journey the herd was screaming "don't do it, housing is so overpriced" LOL. 

I see central Or. as a pretty tough market for what is talked about on BP... the screaming deals of 4 to 6 years ago are kind of gone..

The temporary/visitor parking they park temporarily in is used by  others and no one has got stuck there in 4 years.
