I think there's a lot of upside to the Everett/Chelsea/Malden area's with the Casino going in and all the business' coming into the Seaport.

My goal is to build capital to purchase buy-and-hold properties, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings and eventually get rid of my 9-5 job :)I am thrilled about the wealth of information and help that the BP Community provides.

May just have to be patient and wait for the delinquency issue to get cleared up so as to get the FHA approval back so I can sell the 4 units I can't rent or possibly go the owner financing route which I'm not thrilled about.

Of course, not just as sellers, but as fellow investors, we are thrilled to see your portfolio stabilized and performing.

It speaks to some of the central questions about being an investor: How much is enough, What risks am I willing to take and What are my motivations $ or the thrill of the chase.I think I would have to take the safe money.
