@Fred Heller I lived in Oak Park for about 10 years and i used to bike through North Riverside which i later found out was a heavy Mob area.

I used to do this at an apartment community that I managed in Lake Bluff.

The lawyer also told him to call the news.I called his bluff and asked him how much he had paid to the city court so i could check and verify that all fees had been paid.

We've recently closed on a SFH in Royal Oak, MI that we intend to keep as a buy and hold. 

So, if I call their bluff, then they would need to find a new place and that will take them time to do that because I know they don't have a lot of free time to do that.
