The drawer and undersink dishwashers as well as 18 inch ones are pricier and more limited in selection.

I'm not sure how much time you have to return the security deposit, so check your landlord tenant laws to be sure, but go through every inch of the property and document everything you find.

The plumbing if it has sat for any length of time may be an issue as well, rust builds up inside the pipes and usually means replacing with copper, check your service to find out if it's 1 inch or better.
