The way I read that, the seller could at any time in perpetuity come back and devalue the property by removing that structure.It sounds like you need an attorney to advise you on the best course of action, but at the very least, a claim of "adverse possession" is worth looking at.

I still believe in many of his principles, although I would  now associate myself more with the FIRE movement. 

Weber State ( and the community colleges) play a much smaller roll in Ogden's market..Right now Logan is experiencing it's first price movement since the mid 1990's.

I do agree with you that movement beats meditation, and experience is the best teacher, however, a nice book to show me some pointers would be nice to read so I can have a ballpark view of what’s ahead.

I will be applying some of your suggestions here within a few days if there continues to be no movement.
