I don't care so much about the actual score...it's inherently inaccurate and purposely designed to harm consumers...I look at the actual report.

An "investor" that buys in that manner isn't acting as an investor but is then considered the lender, doing one then puts you in harm's way as to compliance as a lender.

They may say no, but there is no harm in asking.
