Maybe to a property they would like to be paid $100k or more to live in sometime after the exchange.It definitely put the brakes on the property I was considering selling earlier in this thread.

As an investor, my main focus should be on finding the next deal and not fixing and repairing things that brake.

I am buying and consolidating a group of properties and then getting the site shovel ready, which is harder than it sounds, but adds a lot of value to the site. 2) pad site development and land lease or build to suite for solid NNN tenants. 3) I enjoy the entire acquisition process (walk through, financials analysis…), so I am thinking about private lending.
