I am buying and consolidating a group of properties and then getting the site shovel ready, which is harder than it sounds, but adds a lot of value to the site. 2) pad site development and land lease or build to suite for solid NNN tenants. 3) I enjoy the entire acquisition process (walk through, financials analysis…), so I am thinking about private lending.
