It is a popular tourist destination, a lot of people on spring break and here for spring training brought a lot of people in our area, which is typical for the end of Feb through mid April.

And also consider a market that can support major sports teams that have a loyal following, like a hockey team, basketball team, football team, tourist attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I'd say our mix of guests are nurses, family visiting local, international tourists and people coming to town to house hunt.  

It is very quiet though, and only 15 minutes to a popular tourist city.

With more STR bedrooms than hotel rooms in the area, 13 million tourists and only 50,000 residents, it just makes sense here. 

It does seem to have slower seasons but it seems there is a great deal of tourists here year round.
