BP Friends,I'm wowed at the promptness of feedback and the willingness to share this knowledge.

I don't even know what prompted me to think of it- I have no connections there other than having passed through a few times -- but the outdoor activities are great and it's a small, affordable and apparently pretty happening little city.

Their customer service staff is efficient and promptly responds to my queries. 

By that I mean that I acknowledge their repair request promptly and work on coming up with a mutually agreeable day/time to complete the repair. 

I don't know what prompted you to imply it, or what evidence you have, but the fact is that you implied it.Generally, when people make an assertion or an implication about the actions of another person, they have a reason to make that assertion/implication (unless they're just fabricating stuff to support their argument).

However, in light of this horrible global economy, I , just like any red blooded american wanted to find out what the hell is going on, specifically with the [us dollar] and While browsing the internet, I came across a new word that prompted me to inquire this great pool of intellectual capital quality for an answer.

Find/Get a local and experienced Team of professional members that are willing to help you and return your phone calls promptly.  

But I see a lot of posts about investing out of state and even internationally (which prompted this post).  

Those two things are prompting us to find a more cash flow oriented solution that leverages our real estate experience.
