I once was attending eviction hearings, and with one pair io landlord and tenant ( both were there in person), both acknowledged that there was a signed lease on paper, and both admitted that they could not find their copy to show the judge!

In addition, there's an entirely different set of rules when dealing with senior housing.The tenant cannot substitute a different tenant in their place, especially not if your lease or rental agreement specifically spells out who will be residing on the premises (as mine do).I want to also acknowledge that I came on a bit strong... and I apologize for that.

I received a copy of the leasing agreements to confirm what I was told was documented, and this is what I found: According to the lease the owner has acknowledged the following appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for Unit A.
