If you're doing everything right, a person can still sue, but they have much less chance of winning.For privacy, I would recommend you set up a UPS box or a "Street Address" box at the Post Office.

I don't want to add on more work for myself and/or infringe on their privacy/space by dictating what temperatures the home has to be in, but at the same time they are aware that dropping below 60 during winter time is not ideal.
