Tenant has gone non-responsive prior to vacating

I’d love some advice/ideas on what to do here because I’m unsure how to proceed.

I have a tenant who has always been an excellent renter and unfortunately gave her 60 days notice recently.

I offered to pay her to open the house for viewings. I always do this because it usually works great for all parties. She was happy with the arrangement but after I advertised the property, she became completely non-responsive. I now have a pool of prospective tenants wanting to view and no way of getting access. I’m not in town and there’s no clause in my lease giving anyone except the landlord and repairmen, permission to enter.

From a legal perspective, I guess I have to wait it out until she vacates and be stuck with vacancy for a month.

If anyone has any novel ideas, my ears are open.
