I'm not trying to get rich I just want to enjoy life, ride my Harley, and go fishing every once in a while.Areas I have looked at are Texas, Montana, and Tennessee (I really have my eye on Knoxville, not sure why).

It is a 5 acre plot on a great swimming, boating, and fishing lake.

You could stock fish in it and now you've got a fish pond.

And fishing the other main industry same thing just not enough jobs to do much there.. 

The contractors I am involved with , when the weekend hits , they are out in their Motorhome with their family , quite a few take their boats out and do some White Marlin or Tuna fishing , and others head to their beach house . 

Throw in the great hunting, fishings, boating and golfing thoroughout the state and you have a great little hidden gem in the middle of America.  

If you are going to live there and like to fish then south Florida is the bomb!

Intentions were to possible buy, rehab, live in half and rent other half as vacation or as lodging for our fishing customers or flip it if we could get ARV price.
