For instance I currently have one troublesome inherited tenant who keeps turning my contractor and myself in to the town and various agencies for things she knows nothing about that areNOT ILLEGAL or an issue because she is unhappy about imaginary things which has set us back by weeks and we keep having to spend wasted hours debunking these accusations.

We have more documentation on the work we have done, nearly every receipt from contractors, and we are bringing contractors and neighbors in to be witnesses.

And if I accused them of being slobs, they'll become confrontational, and threaten to sue.I had none of these problems when I hire pest professionals and put them on annual contracts.
