Hi AllHas anyone come across a trustworthy, reputable and stand up turnkey provider that deals with San Antonio properties?

I am not trying to discourage you, but it just saying that if you are going to invest here, long distance from California, you better be careful and have some trustworthy boots on the ground here.  

Hopefully I will not sound dumb posting this but trying not to sound like Im soliciting which Im not doing but any who… Which companies are trustworthy when seeking funding for your deals.
