Seeking Referral for Contractors (Chicago)

Hello,

I am looking to get some bids on a project(kitchen and bathroom remodeling) in Logan Square. It's a 4-unit home(three 3bd/1ba and one 3bd/2ba). The kitchens and bathrooms need some updates; new flooring, cabinets, vanity, etc. I am planning to do this rehab in the next couple of months as the current leases expire. I would appreciate if anyone can recommend reliable and trustworthy contractors, please let me know via comments and PM.
