Hey All,I'm looking at Jake & Gino's program and considering it as an alternative to the Michael Blank program. 

I do like the blank canvas and going from ground up though.

He told me that he would send me blank versions of those docs.

While I have no crystal ball, I live in a mid south high growth area where home values will appreciate above average over time, its "staring me in the face" to buy now even with the "recession".
