Mostly major, but lots of minor things will prevent traditional FHA financing: leaking roof, no stove, no floor coverings, Any rotting wood, small trip hazards, functioning kitchens/bathrooms/heating etc.

There were only minor changes needed to turn the apartment to an office, For instance, an office does not need a bathtub, a stove, so these would have to be removed.He first approached the city and he was told what I was told, everything was to be ripped out, and put in again.

We made a few changes to the layout of the kitchen & dining area, removed an old wood stove, installed new windows, all new kitchen & bathrooms, flooring, paint, fixtures, etc.
