If there wasn't the added $$$$ for UI, if there wasn't a $1,200 stimulus, I am sure we would be in a very different world right now and would have some big troubles on that side, but we did have those "golden parachutes" and it has helped mitigate greatly.

If you have other liquid assets like stocks, IRA’s, Insurance ect then it’s a golden opportunity IMO assuming you have underwritten the deal, the area, and believe it will stay at least where it’s at or appreciate and you can rent it easily.
