If it was a meth lab you'll probably have to demo and get some kind of environmental certificate - but honestly I don't know as I've only ever ran from meth labs.

The last thing you want it demo on new construction to fix a cast swear, they do and will fail.Cost depends on what is needed to get to it, we had a property with cast sewer running under a cement porch, we added a BR and during demo put the new sewer in for $3100. 32ft of run.

This is since that last part varies a lot - like if you had demo or grading or a septic system to put in before you could start building the structure.Floors... we typically go for luxury vinyl plank vs either laminate or engineered wood.
