Hi, I’m Deb!

I live in Gwinnett County, Georgia. I’m a real estate investor, project manager, and interior designer with a passion for creating spaces that love people. I’m also a triathlete, and a lover of the great outdoors. I’ve been blessed to travel extensively, taking pleasure and inspiration in beautiful places.

I began my real estate journey in November 2022, with the WREIN network, led by Tresa Todd. I purchased my first property in December 2022. A 1200 square foot condo -- made STR, just a half mile from Stone Mountain Park. The gameplan? to attract endurance athletes with the best place to get race ready – FAST!

Early in my career, I engineered overhead and underground electric service for new construction for the power company. I am a certified PMP, and I absolutely love the team dynamics of project management. I also have a knack for visualizing property “facelifts” – without spending a ton of money (I especially enjoy figuring out the tricky ones)!

Deals that work for my personal plan are furnished rentals; specifically Pad Splits, MTRs, and STRs; in that order. I am actively seeking equity partners – the ying to all the yang described above. I look forward to meeting you!
