Looking for the best CRM program

Im looking for a CRM program where I can house all my leads and buyers, work on their deals, build ads, do marketing and build lead pages etcAnyone know of a good program?

There are tons of choices. The key to picking is two fold. 

1. What is your business process? Assume you only had paper and pen with no electricity. How would the process work?

2. Now that you know what you want to do, figure out which tools actually help. I know one person who only ever works on specific tasks from their desk. The lack of a mobile solution is a non-event for them. Someone else only ever uses their phone. They need a solution which displays well on the phone and which will work when they can not get a mobile signal (in basements, on a subway, etc).
