Al,As discussed in other threads/correspondence, we have a target of <=1K/unit for the monitoring / management hardware itself, plus a monthly subscription for the cloud-based head end which allow you to manage buildings/units/devices: write rules, have alerts send, etc.The bill-back capability - or, preferable, the ability to export certain event history information to an external accounting system, is not something we have done in-house.

I was reading a post and someone said that its best to cloud the title of the home you have under contract so that the buyer cannot come in and make a better deal then you with the seller, and it also causes them to deal directly with you.
