They were awesome roommates and we chose them after having a couple drinks with them at a local brewery since we met them through Craigslist.

Campus $500-$600, alcohol programs are $600-$700 (This actual reminds me that I have seen rent by the room in C locations with these special programs)I have not seen the effect of COVID on rent by the room yet.

For example, your tenant has people over for drinks, one gets wasted, falls in your tenants unit and gets hurt.

It doesn't, however, seem like there are any mediums for networking outside of BP, so I'd like to see about getting all of my fellow Cheyenne, WY real estate yahoos together to do just that - shake hands, rub bellies, eat wings, drink beers, and of course, network.
