If he is in a current lease and you don't want to give him flexibility or if he refuses to sign anything acknowledging you as the new owner, you may need to take him to court.

If I had constantly worried about what other people though of my image I probably wouldn't have been able to afford rental property.I do acknowledge some people in certain jobs have to look more sharp.I did replace my Lincoln LS with a F150 though.
