It's a business procedure, and not a personal attack.

If a 25 pound dog attacks someone, they aren't likely to do major damage. 

Plus, it can't shield you from all types of attack - or just the fear of one.

Tons of noise and drama, her throwing his furniture into the building hallway while screaming at the top of her lungs, cops being called, and even his blood on her - she'd attacked him!  

I posted about this topic to gain insight, not be attacked for learning and seeking out those more advanced in the field for their input.  

Possums aren't like raccoons, they are generally harmless and don't attack cats.

Rather than find another job and improving life for his family, he chose to stick with the same job for 35 years before dying of a heart attack.

It would really suck if the tenant didn't want to pay a plumber $25 to come over and replace a worn rubber washer on the kitchen sink drain pipe and that slow leak went down the walls into the basement under the rug out of sight and then your next tenant has an asthma attack because there is 100 sq ft of mold behind the walls.

Of course, the moment she saw it she had breathing difficulties although I swear that was a self induced heart attack, but I wasn't too concerned about that as she only had a $35 copay for any medical treatment.We did recaulk the windows to be safe, and it never came back.
