Hey @Justyn Hope, properties in the $50,000 to $65,000 range definitely are possible to come by in Birmingham.A handful of B/B+ neighborhoods in the west side of town—especially places like Fairfield, Midland, Madison, Brighton, Pleasant Grove, Hueytown, Bessemer, and McCalla—sport homes that retail for this range.

Beaches and mountains, as stated in replies above, are always good as are anywhere close to major hospitals or universities, large sporting attractions or other attractions (theme parks, hiking, etc.).
