Hello all! I am really enjoying learning about real estate investing! I have a career in medicine as a physician assistant and own 1 rental property (single family home) my wife and I have owned for about 6 years.

I'm looking to invest in more rental properties, but taking myself to BP school first:) I figured these forums are a great way to connect and learn! I would love to know about any upcoming investor meet and greets in Richmond, VA if anyone knows of them.

Also, does anyone have recommendations on a solid property management company in Richmond? I have one, but we’ve had some issues.
