My wife and I have 8 children ages 3-20 so lots of activity (even as I am writing this I had one get up to go to the bathroom while he was still sleeping, made it to the bathroom but wasn't able to figure out, while sleeping, what to do so I just cleaned up a little accident :-).

he would just tell him to sit there and work the radios and don't talk unless I need you :)So this got me to thinking there went CRM right out the window  ( crew resource management) created after some very publicized accidents with Asian airlines were all crew members differed to the Capitan as he flew the plane into trouble. their culture was never talk back to most senior guy..  

There is a tendency for newer folks or less experienced folks to leave this data out of the information, whether by purpose or accident.

Example: An accident at your home results in a lawsuit judgement against YOU.

If your teenager causes an automobile accident, there would be nothing to protect your properties if they aren't under an LLC.

The logic is there is a higher chance of damage, vandalism or an accident that results in a claim.

There is a major lack of hotel space anyway and it was held in January when hotel occupancy was horrific.

However, insurance is limited because it only protects you from one type of liability: accidents/negligence.
