Hi,How about investing in distressed 1-family homes, They are close by to world-famous attraction places, (some within walking distance, or a short minute's drive) Very cheaply priced, and way below equivalent houses somewhere else. either for Fix and Flip or for Short-Term Rentals/Airbnb, I am a strong believer in my forecast vision, and as far as I look at it, sooner or later these houses will get to be hotcakes!
