Huntsville Multifamily Market
I'm semi new to real estate investing and I've been learning a lot through lots of books, podcasts, and videos. I'm looking to invest in a fourplex in Huntsville, and with this property I plan to take advantage of an FHA loan and live in the property as well. Is there anyone that has any sort of experience in doing this or just the market of Multi Family properties in Huntsville?
