I'd buy a sports car in the spring at  wholesale price, drive it through the summer and sell in the fall for retail, essentially break even and had driven it for free and do the same thing in the fall buying a truck at whole sale price and drive it through winter and sell it in the spring for retail. 

Sports scholarships, etc.The point is, don't reinvent the wheel.

Success is a contact sport so as many have already said, paper trail ( question to all - should this be a certified letter?)

Another time a rep from the international students came to look for a Korean student moving from out of the country.Your best bet in this situation might be to hire a full-service screening service.
