I really like Bright Built homes, but there are new modular home builders in Maine every month.A short term money maker that I have seen done is to plan and build the septic system, well, and utilities and temporarily park 1-2 tiny homes on the property.

also used to be inflation over at least past 6 years for main reason for continued disappointment in earning/investing so much yet it being so little in terms of what any scope of building on a tiny lot or a few or even several actually mean in terms of 'wealth' in the grander scheme of thingsbut then i realized whats worse is the inflated assessments/taxation on said propertieswe are at a point where the assessed values we're being taxed is higher than what the properties are actually selling for in recent yearsso what's worse than inflation draining our wealth?

They can put a man on the moon, and make tiny bonsai trees, but they cannot make a grass variety that only grows to 2 or 3 inches maximum for every climate in the USA.This is a huge money making opportunity for some green thumb to "invent".They have dogs that will fit in a teacup, whey not grass--everyone hates cutting it.Just my 2 cents.

Just found out that San Jose actually allow a tiny house on wheels (THOW) park in the backyard and consider it as ADU which can get permit, even though I already have a attached ADU build in the front yard -- which I can't build another detached ADU in backyard.

They pointed out that they are all busy, the lead times are crazy, and that they are not finishing on time, so I decided to adjust my strategy to find a property that has already been renovated or that maybe needs a just a tiny bit of work (something that wouldn't take more than a week or 2).
