I believe one set of tenants will also be quieter, can I discriminate based on that belief?

At one point in time (before Enron) a CPA was the second most trusted profession in this country, right behind priests, pastors and other religious leaders.  

You need to take numbers and information that you get on any given property and weigh those numbers against your belief in the company you are dealing with.

You don't neeed to be first but it needs to satnd outand draw attention professionaly.Stay away from names that may imply a political or religious view.

My belief is the number one thing new investors need to know is "What is it worth?"
