@Crystal Smith I'd love to connect -- My wife/I and 2 kids went to Milwaukee in July and absolutely loved it.Anyways what we saw was simply amazing, the energy, friendliness of the people, all the restaurants/bars, neighborhoods, amazingly clean, lots of investment going on etc etc.

Buy a property if it makes sense, don't spend too much time gazing into the crystal ball of what may happen in the market .If you have the cash to buy 10+ more properties then buy them slowly and make sure you stick to your numbers.

I have seen a number of investors recently look to the north and south of Denver hunting for a little better cash flow but staying relatively local.As for the subject of prices pausing or retreating, I have no crystal ball, but I see nothing at this point that would indicate a pull back in prices.
