This board has surprised me with the wealth of FREE information that is available and how welcoming and mature the members are (I am a member of several other forums and the level of trolling is basically nonexistent here).About me: I am a Bay-Area raised native having lived in San Jose most of my life - went to San Diego for college, lived in San Francisco for 3 years, and just recently purchased a townhouse in Emeryville through a private sale.
