Phrasing it that way allows you to just start a conversation and uncover their motivation, or lack thereof.

They repeat the catch phrases off of YouTube videos ("It's all about he difference between simple and compound interest") that are extremely misleading as if they were fact and then willfully ignore the truth of how different types of loans and debt actually work.

You're going for a personal connection with the pic of you and your dog Roxie - "I Buy Houses" would work better for you, and use "I" in the phrases as well.  

A common phrase in a sale contract "Buyer agrees to buy and Seller agrees to sell...." is that really what we have going on here when we assign contracts?
