I'm preparing the application for my first rental and have a question: Is it good practice to communicate some of the more sensitive screening standards to the applicants (i.e., as stated on the application) such as "our screening standards include no evictions or serious criminal history." 

Shaun for a landlord you seem to have very thin skin, don't be so sensitive.

Special assessments, economic sensitivity, shorter tenancies, HOA/Condo rules changing, ability to warrant the condos, etc.

Don’t allow your financial teeth to get knocked in because of your pride/greed/emotions.

Travel RNs tend to be very price-sensitive since they are on a per diem and they pay for their own housing.
