If you have 1 extra home for retirement you will probably be much better off.If having 1 rental works then you might dip your toe into a rehab or what have you.Real estate requires you to spend time that would be free time with your family etc.

Philadelphia seems like the prime market considering there are a lot of sellers just looking to cut a deal and receive some relief and perhaps this would be a nice way to dip my toe into the water.
