Would you recommend me to get an FHA loan and live in one side so I can get the highest ROI I can get, or pair up with my parents again, and just put 20% down and have 2 tenants in there right away instead of after a year? 

I believe MI is at risk of imminent collapse due to likely reduced new funds coming in paired with increased scrutiny from the law(though when something has already collapsed, can it collapse further?)

It happens in real estate, the stock market, Crypto Currency and beanie babies. 

It's like poker, the idea is to make the right decisions at the time... if you have 2 pair and fold to a big bet on the turn to a guy with straight or flush.
