Not only is the content you provide better than almost any other you then go on to explain each one so the reader doesn't feel like "ok great you shared this idea now how in the world does it work and how can it be applied".Again thank you so much for being willing to share your knowledge that you have learned over the years. while others have peaked my interest in real estate investing you have added the "JET FUEL" to the dying match that i had for investing.

I just wanted to point out the issue when an unsuspecting forum reader does not get proper advice, and thinks they should just set up an LLC and hold in their own name from Canada - that is when the tax implications arise.
