Luckily in today’s market he can probably sell and go back to renting or buying something cheaper or outside of an Hoa If that doesn’t work and If he doesn’t plan to buy another house and doesn’t need good credit at 88 he could just stop making any payments and save that money up for rent, I assume he’s pretty much judgement proof.
