Career wise, I've only had a full time job for about 4-5 years since graduating, read Rich Dad Poor Dad at a young age and got bitten by the entrepreneur bug.

I have read rich dad/poor dad, consistently listen to multiple real estate podcasts (including BP) and have attended multiple real estate and entrepreneur meetings in the Oklahoma City area.

Maybe Indy can develop more workspace entrepreneur thinktanks, that would be a great way to lure in the millennials (that and brew pubs, Indy has great pubs!)

Better yet, you don't have to pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for an unnecessary LLC and you won't take up more space in the graveyard of abandoned real estate LLCs if you decide that the lifestyle of the real estate entrepreneur isn't for you.

Is it possible to buy a house as an unmarried couple together with an FHA 3.5% loan if one of the people in the couple has good credit but no steady income (an entrepreneur, not willing to take a full time job at the moment, and not paying himself yet) ... and the other person has steady income, but bad/no credit (credit companies are not accepting applications) ?
