New member in Oklahoma City

Hello everyone,

I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I am 37 year old family man in Oklahoma City. I am interested in pursuing real estate investing on a part time basis while I work. I am first looking at wholesaling and then on to other parts of investing (possibly flipping, etc.).  Ideally I would like to eventually become free from the rat race while building passive income. I have read rich dad/poor dad, consistently listen to multiple real estate podcasts (including BP) and have attended multiple real estate and entrepreneur meetings in the Oklahoma City area. I have enjoyed reading the posts on this forum and look forward to learning everything I can. All wisdom is welcome and if there is anything I can help with please let me know. Also, I am looking to meet buyers as well as other wholesalers.
