My goal is to wholesale 3-5 houses in my first year, and then as my business grows I would like to wholesale more deals and then start doing rehabs which would be my specialty since I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture, as well as currently working as a carpenter, and working on getting my Master of Science in Construction Management.

And they don't give me a list of definitions to go memorize, they show me exactly how the business world works, what i need to learn, and what it takes to be successful.All that being said, I do see the value in a 4 yr education, especially the first two years of liberal arts classes.

I know at first my girlfriend couldn't rationalize all the work for just "$200 per month".My girlfriend wasn't initially on board either, but her ultimate dream is to someday own an art studio where she prints and sells artwork.

I do not do property management as I love the art of the deal for acquisition and selling and also my own deals.Property managers take a certain mind set to enjoy that aspect.
