Don't wait for the meeting have a conversation with the club president and several vendors when the meeting occurs you will already "know" some people.Consider checking out HUD homes for small multi's owner occupied gets first crack.You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.

So if I am paying cash I'm not paying any more than 80% of value so that I can pay 10% of value to sell, and that 10% profit, paying taxes on that you're lucky to net  5%I would look at your REIA president in Tennessee and start off with a two or four unit and live in one of the units, apply for a 203B loan from FHA 3 1/2% downAfter a year I believe you could rent that unit out and do it againBest of luck!

Insurance covered the liabilty, don't know about the damage to the property.And, since a garage is usually at the end of the dwelling, the end outside wall will most likely be load bearing, unless the rooff is cantilevered over the garage walls....Addressing liability issues with real estate is hard to do here since state laws vary and local attitudes and presidence of courts will be different from one area to another.

For those with an interest in Indianapolis real estate, and specifically commercial real estate (industrial, retail, office & multi-family), a video interview with a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield (see link below).In summary, the commercial market is very strong & is expected to remain so through at least the end of the year.

There are many great people, and great people throughout history (including many of our presidents) who are and were smokers.While I am going to be as polite as possible, I very strongly disagree with your last paragraph and will tell you there are some things you should just keep to yourself.How is a cigarette any different then the sugary caffeinated has all kinds of things in it you don't know about drinks they serve at starbucks?
