@Luke Feds They've 'announced' that in the past, but I've always found that when the Home Depot manager/cashier sees $1000 worth of product sitting on your cart in one eye, and sees the Lowes parking lot across the street in their other eye, they give you 10% off.

don't go to RIEAS and announce they are lenders.. etc etc or put a  craigs list ad.

It makes me think of the incredible lengths that automakers go to when they pick a name for a new model, which is a big part of why we see more and more makers going to these letter/number "names" such as Cadillac, which recently announced they'd be using names like "CT6" instead of "Fleetwood Sixty Special" but the makers would use focus groups, research slang in every major language, etc because they know how important the right name is.

Prices had started to come down, but there was just an announcement of a company building a few miles away, so I think prices will stabalize, and maybe head back up.I have to look elsewhere, and am considering the midwest.
