Rental properties in GA

Hello all,

We’re considering rental properties in Atlanta GA and neighboring areas. Where is the best opportunity for rental properties in this area of GA as a whole?

@Christa Kiggundu  Have you been to Atlanta?  The MSA just passed 6 million people.  The city is notorious for sprawl.  There's not a particular area for good rentals, there are dozens.  Quit being lazy and search BP for some discussion threads where different areas have been discussed.  Figure out where house are that you can afford.  Research how Atlanta is growing, changing, and recent announcements.
